Airwars assessment
At least one girl was injured by an alleged Israeli drone while she was fleeing the Shohadaa al-Nuseirat school in al-Nuseirat camp in Deir al-Balah, Gaza, on October 28th, 2024.
Several regional and local networks, such as Sada Falstin, Quds Today TV, Sa7at PI Breaking, along with various Facebook and Twitter users reported the incident, declaring that the displaced girl was hit by a bullet in the foot, said to have been shot from “continuous” fire from a Quadcopter drone. She was taken to Al-Awda hospital in Nuseirat for treatment, reported Facebook user Al Akhbar Al Ajela.
There is no additional information about her name or age, and the severity of the injury is not known. Airwars will update the incident should new information become available.
Where sources identified a belligerent, all sources attributed the strike to Israeli forces.
The local time of the incident is unknown.

Reports of the incident mention the Shuhada Al Nuseirat School (مدرسة شهداء النصيرات الثانوية أ) in the Al Nuseirat Camp (مخيم النصيرات), for which the generic coordinates are: 31.448889, 34.385833. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
