Four civilians, including two children, were killed during the afternoon of June 22, 2024 shortly after 15:00PM, due to alleged Israeli airstrikes on a house in the Al-Shujaiya neighborhood east of Gaza City.
The news was reported by Anadolu Agency at 15:28PM, stating that an “Israeli raid” on a house had resulted in a number of “[d]ead and wounded, including children”. While no source has specified how many people were injured, the reference to “wounded” suggests that at least one individual had been injured. Later reports by Shehab Agency and Al-Jazeera Egypt clarified that four individuals, including two children, had been killed, with Safa News Agency confirming that the “Israeli raid” mentioned had taken the form of an airstrike.
The names of the injured and killed individual(s) are unknown.
Where sources identified a belligerent, all sources attributed the strikes to Israeli forces.

Reports of the incident mention the neighbourhood of Al-Shujaiya (حي الشجاعية) in Gaza City (مدينة غزة), for which the generic coordinates are: 31.494122, 34.475567. Due to limited satellite imagery and information available to Airwars, we were unable to verify the location further.
